At Minka, each order is packed with care from our studio in Kennebunkport, Maine. We partner with trusted carriers to ensure your artisan goods arrive safely and in a timely manner.

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. During holidays or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer—but we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We offer standard shipping on all orders via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

• Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for an additional fee

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Local Pickup

If you're local to Kennebunkport, you can select local pickup at checkout. You’ll receive a notification when your order is ready—typically within 1–2 business days.

International Shipping

 Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout.

Please note: international customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties. These are not included in the shipping cost and vary by country.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order leaves our hands, we rely on our shipping partners to deliver it safely and on time. If your package is delayed, lost, or shows as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.
