Retail Associate / Operations Support

We’re a small, seasonal retail business preparing for the spring and summer season and looking for a dependable, organized individual to join our team.
Because we operate with a very small staff, reliability, follow-through, and independent work habits are essential.
This role may be part-time or full-time depending on experience, availability, and overall fit.
What we’re looking for:

Consistent, reliable attendance

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to stay productive and proactive during slower periods

Friendly, confident customer service skills

Basic comfort with social media and website platforms (posting, updates, light admin)

Retail merchandising experience or a strong visual eye for product display is a plus
